Do you guys work on Macs?

Absolutely. We install updgrades, replace the occasional piece of hardware and handle pesky software glitches.

Do you offer in-house service?

We offer in-house service for quick fixes and network installs. For everything else, we offer pick-up and dropoff service. Either way, you don't have to do anything but pick up the phone.

How long will I be without my computer?

We like to get started on your computer the day you call. Barring any shipping delays, we average less than 5 days!

What if I can't wait that long?

If you need to stay connected, ask us about our loaner computer program while yours is in the shop.

What are your normal pickup and dropoff hours?

Appointment times are very flexible. Pickups are during normal business hours 10am to 7pm or by appointment. For commuters, we meet at a convenient place like your office, the gym, or a nearby restaurant!
